The St. John of God Institute, hereinafter referred to as ISJD, undertakes to comply with all applicable EU and national legal standards in the area of personal data protection, privacy and information security.
The ISJD ensures regulatory compliance and the demonstration or evidence of institutional responsibility in matters of personal data protection and information security. Thus, it has implemented the necessary measures to comply with the applicable legal regime. All personal data processing operations comply with key legal principles in the field of personal data protection, especially with regard to their processing, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose, minimisation, conservation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, and the ISJD is available to demonstrate its responsibility to the data owner or any other third party that has a legitimate interest in this matter.
